About Jenni

​

I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. Like many of my students, I first came to yoga to address physical discomfort—and discovered that meditation became an indispensable practice for meeting mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges with greater ease.

​

I’m passionate about making even the most subtle and “esoteric” teachings practical, accessible, and genuinely helpful. I encourage my students to keep moving, to rediscover capacities they once had as children, and to sincerely  cultivate wisdom.

​

Through discoveries, injuries, setbacks, and epiphanies, I’ve remained deeply committed to building communities rooted in learning, healing, and sharing. My classes, workshops, and retreats prioritize curiosity, kindness, and honest inquiry.

​

Above all, I pass on this truth: yoga is not just something we do on a mat—it’s a way of being in the world.
